Dr. Hauschka spas in U.K.

Due to the enormous success of the Dr. Hauschka Skin Care spa in Virgin Atlantic’s New York JFK clubhouse, the airline has decided to bring the brand to the United Kingdom. The spas opened on Aug. 1 in the Virgin Atlantic clubhouses at Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Sebastian Parsons, CEO of Dr. Hauschka U.K., said: “We are incredibly passionate about providing high-quality, effective products and treatments, and are delighted to be working with Virgin Atlantic, who is equally dedicated to offering customers nothing but the very highest level of service. This partnership truly offers Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class customers the opportunity to have a unique flying experience.”

Formulated by an aesthetician in the 1960s, Dr. Hauschka Skin Care works with the skin’s natural processes and rhythms to support gentle transformation. Each product retains the essence and energies of its botanical ingredients so that their vital, living properties are transferred to the skin. The luxurious scents of pure botanical essential oils are said to soothe the senses and uplift the spirits of the weary traveler.

Dr. Hauschka-trained therapists will be offering passengers a holistic range of complimentary or paid-for treatments, including their signature Radiant You Facial or a hot stone back treatment. A range of Dr. Hauschka products will also be available, including some travel essentials.
