Pierre Gagnaire special dinner plan
The hotel ANA InterContinental Tokyo in the Akasaka district is home to three-Michelin-star chef Pierre Gagnaire’s namesake haute cuisine French restaurant. Through Dec. 15, the hotel is offering a special accommodation plan for two featuring dinner at Pierre Gagnaire.
The plan comes with the Esquisse dinner course, usually ¥18,150 per person. Guests will be asked for their preferred dinner time between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Also, from lunchtime on Nov. 22 to dinnertime on Nov. 25, Gagnaire will be at the restaurant preparing the meals in person.
The plan is available from ¥61,200 per room, double occupancy, in an executive deluxe room and from ¥67,600 per room, double occupancy, in a Club InterContinental room. Prices include tax and a service charge.

Thanksgiving course at Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi’s ekki Bar & Grill will offer a special Thanksgiving course from Nov. 22 to 25, for people who want to celebrate and enjoy the U.S. holiday, which this year falls on Nov. 22, with friends and family in Tokyo.
The chef will showcase a traditional yet original style of Thanksgiving dishes, including roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. A glass of sparkling wine is also included.
The course is available at ¥4,500 per person for lunch, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (until 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday), and at ¥7,800 per person for dinner, from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
Prices are inclusive of tax but subject to a 15 percent service charge.

Christmas dessert buffet at the Hilton
The Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku is holding a special Christmas dessert fair at the Marble Lounge, located in the lobby, through Dec. 25.
The hotel’s pastry chef, Kanako Sakakura, prepares a selection of special Christmas desserts such as gingerbread, stollen and buche de Noel. To warm you up during the chilly season, ginger, spices as well as liquor are used in some sweets.
Also, the hotel has been decorated for Christmas: Besides illuminations, a symbolic, 6-meter high Christmas tree has been placed in the lobby lounge and customers can enjoy a holiday atmosphere while having the special sweets under the tree.
The buffet is available from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at ¥4,200 per person (¥2,750 per child), including tax and a service charge. In addition to the buffet, some sweets will be available for takeout.
