Grand Hyatt Fukuoka's new chef

Since September, Ernst Jaeck has been the new executive chef at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka in Canal City Hakata.

Jaeck has an extensive professional background. He started his career in his native Germany and has worked for hotels such as the Park Hyatt Sydney as the vice executive chef and the Grand Hyatt Bali as the executive chef, among other hotels around the world including in South Africa, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.

With this experience and knowledge of global cuisines, he and his culinary team are offering special dishes that take advantage of the rich, abundant produce in Fukuoka for customers to enjoy.
