Festival with a 450-year history and noted for its okasa. The highlight of this festival is a parade of mikoshi, three decorated horses, townspeople in traditional attire and eight okasa.

● July 24
9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Parade from the shrine, through the town
1:30-10 p.m. Exhibition of floats decorated with lighted lanterns on Aizubashi bridge
● July 25
12:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Parade of floats from Aizubashi bridge to the shrine, through the towns
from 9:20 p.m.: Yabusame (horseback archery) by children at the shrine

Tokei-jinja Shrine: JR Kisei Honsen Line to Ki-Tanabe Station, and then walk 5 min.
