Festival featuring a parade of mikoshi, floats and folk dancers, held daily. The highlight of this festival is mikoshi-no-kawakudari in which mikoshi is crossed over Seki River with a boat from Takada district to Naoetsu district. Many events are scheduled during the festival period.

from 7 p.m.: Dancing parade in Takada district
● July 26
from 6:25 p.m.: mikoshi-no-kawakudari
from 8 p.m.: Fireworks display at the mouth of the river
from 8:40 p.m.: Parade of mikoshi from Seki River to Otabisho in Naoetsu district
● July 28
from 6:55 p.m.: Dancing parade in Naoetsu district

JR Hokuriku Shinkansen Line to Joetsumyoko Statio. From there, take Echigo Tokimeki Railway Myoko Haneuma Line to (1) Takada District: Takada Station; (2) Naoetsu District: Naoetsu Station.
