The force is strong with Japan.
In anticipation of the latest “Star Wars” film to be released in December, that intergalactic saga will come alive inside the shiny fortress of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.
You may not be able to spot the Death Star from the Sky Deck, but you can see “Star Wars-” inspired artworks by 100 artists, all handpicked by George Lucas. This will be the first time the works have been shown to the public.
In addition to the art, more than 100 costumes and props used in the production of “Return of the Jedi,” have been brought over from the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. Titled “Vision,” the exhibition marks the first of many events to be held at the remodeled Tokyo City View observation deck, which is scheduled to reopen at the end of April. (Megumi Lim)
The Star Wars Exhibition will be held from April 29-June 28, 2015 at Roppongi Hills Mori Tower. Visit the website for more information.
