An opera recording by conductor Seiji Ozawa and the album from a Broadway musical in which actor Ken Watanabe starred are among the works nominated for the 58th Grammy Awards.

Ozawa's recording is of Ravel's "L'Enfant et Les Sortileges" ("The Child and the Spells") performed in August 2013 in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, by the Saito Kinen Orchestra.

Watanabe appeared in "The King and I" in New York earlier this year and the album includes "Shall We Dance?" sung by Watanabe and actress Kelli O'Hara.

The nominations were released Monday.

The awards, given out by the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, are considered the top honors in the U.S. music business and will be announced Feb. 15.
