A fast-food franchise manager (Ann Dowd) is having a bad day already when the police call and say that one of her teen employees (Dreama Walker) has stolen a customer's purse. They ask her to strip-search her employee, which she does, never realizing that it's a sadistic prank call. This is based on an actual event, which is fortunate, because otherwise you'd never believe people could be so gullible. As the prank escalates to crazy extremes, you won't know whether to laugh or cringe.
