‘Salvador Dali and Masters of Modern French Painting from the Collection of Morohashi Museum of Modern Art’

The Morohashi Museum of Modern Art in Fukushima Prefecture houses an impressive collection of European modern masterpieces, including a number of works by Spanish Surrealist genius Salvador Dali.

Split into two sections, this exhibition of works on loan from the Morohashi museum showcases paintings by Pissarro, Cézanne, Renoir, Van Gogh, Picasso and more, before focusing on a wide range of pieces from Dali’s oeuvre. Included are special editions, watercolors, oil paintings, sculpture, furniture and prints —making this an opportunity to see a mix of Western modern masterpieces of various genres; Feb. 8-March 30.
