During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, not only did music, art, literature and the performing arts influence each other, but some artists created works that spanned art forms. Among such artists was the famous French composer Claude Debussy.
To celebrate the 150th year since his birth, this exhibition centers on Debussy's relationship with Impressionism, fin de siecle art, Japonisme and other 19th-century artistic movements. Approximately 150 works are on display, many of which are on loan from the Musee d'Orsay and the Musee de l'Orangerie; till Oct. 14.
