Based on Tomoko Ninomiya’s popular manga about aspiring classical musicians, this comedy-drama takes off from where the Fuji TV series left off: Two gifted protagonists — piano student Nodame (Juri Ueno) and young conductor Chiaki (Hiroshi Tamaki) — head off to Paris to pursue their dreams. The story focuses on Chiaki’s struggle to organize a dysfunctional French orchestra. Full of mangaesque slapstick and classical tunes. Part 2 will be released in April.
